Air supply quality plays a bigger role than many expect. Moisture in compressed air can cause clogs, corrosion, and inconsistent blasting performance. Clean, dry air keeps everything running smoothly and extends the lifespan of internal components.

Seals and gaskets often go unnoticed until they fail. A small leak can reduce pressure efficiency and make the machine work harder than it should. Don’t overlook the viewing window and gloves integrated into the cabinet. A scratched or cloudy window reduces visibility, which can affect precision work. Protective films can extend its life, and replacing them is straightforward. Similarly, worn gloves can compromise safety and comfort, so inspect them regularly and swap them out when needed.

Finally, keep a simple maintenance log. It doesn’t have to be elaborate—just note when you change media, replace parts, or perform deeper cleaning. Over time, patterns emerge, helping you anticipate maintenance before problems arise.
